Helena's current position is as Key Accounts Manager for International SOS. The role is focused on the management, development and growth of key SOS contracts, identifying potential key accounts (particularly Indonesian companies) and putting in place and leading a strategy to grow the business with the account.
Helena chose Swinburne having been awarded a scholarship to study in
Melbourne, Australia. For her, it was like a dream come true as she
wanted to follow her seniors at high school who also received
scholarships to study in Australia. She recognised Australia as a
country with a high quality education system. Helena found that
Swinburne's Hawthorn campus provided easy access to public transport,
accommodation and food and found it to be a nice and friendly study
environment with very helpful Swinburne staff. She believes the
highlight of her time at Swinburne was being exposed to many different
cultures. At Swinburne, she studied Japanese, Aboriginal Studies and
Media Studies and made friends with students from different
nationalities helping her to better appreciate different cultures.
